Big Girl Bike

We took Kate's bike out to a nearby parking lot so she could ride it freely. She was very excited to wear her new "big girl" helmet and ride her new "big girl" bike. Everything is "big girl" this and "big girl" that these days. We of course had to strap baby Parker into her seat, too. Clayton helped her out at first
and she was all smiles.

She hopped off after riding for awhile and her imagination took off. We were in an old grocery store parking lot, so I'm sure that's where she came up with all she did. She said she was taking Parker to the store...

"Open the door!"

She would even bend down and pretend to pick up food. She told us, "I'm getting y'all chicken."

And then it was back on the bike to go to another store.

After awhile she had had enough and decided to just sit and hang out.

She said that they were both tired and needed to lay down to take a "nap."

And then Parker "bit her" so she was sent to time out.

I have been blown away lately by her little imaginiation. It has completely exploded. She is making up stories, singing random songs, and coming up with the craziest things. We do a lot of pretending around the house these days. It's been a lot of fun to see what all she comes up with.
